About Ben Daughtry

More than a decade in technical and engineering roles-from troubleshooting automation systems on the plant floor to building and deploying digital tools across manufacturing zones-I am stepping into a new chapter as a Strategic Account Executive for Automotive and tire with Banner Engineering.

My Background in Data engineering, automation reliability, and IT systems has given me the firsthand insight into the challenges in manufacturing. From production inefficiencies and maintenance issues to digital transformation hurdles, I have had a hand in overcoming all varieties of problems. I am excited continue my work in manufacturing, and take my previous knowledge to help customers to leverage cutting-edge products and technology to improve operations, safety, and performance.

This new role allows me to bridge the gap between the technical world I know deeply and the strategic customer-facing world I am ready to lead in. I look forward to connecting with others in the automotive, manufacturing, and industrial tech space. Let's drive innovation forward together!
