Contrary to the old saying, many customers know that they need better tire education.  Yokohama Tire places a high priority on customer education.  When they do admit that they don’t know everything, what do they ask for?  This presentation will describe the types of education requested by dealers with emphasis on the most common requests. 

Meet the Presenter

Pat is the Senior Manager of Technical Engineering at Yokohama Tire Corporation, where he has worded since 2008.   He earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University in 1993 and worked in manufacturing and tire development positions with Goodyear Tire and Hankook Tire before joining Yokohma Tire.   A Cleveland native, he currently lives in the Akron area with his wife and seven children.
